Dr. Maike Gieling

Police Academy

Dr. Maike Gieling is a Lector of Diversity and Diverse Expertise at the Police Academy and a work package leader (together with Prof. Dr. Annemiek Harder) for WP2. She has extensive experience in research within the police domain, as well as in both quantitative and qualitative research. Her work focuses on addressing discrimination within the police organization, diverse expertise in police education, and ethnic profiling/professional policing.
